Now that you have a crown these are the things that you may notice
temporarily after receiving the new crown:

  • The treated teeth may be a little tender to chew on

·      You might have some discomfort around the gums of the teeth treated

·      If the tooth has not had a root canal treatment

·      You may experience temporary sensitivity to hot or cold, food or drinks, on the teeth treated

·      If your tooth needs root canal treatment in the future, this can be done by the specialist

without redoing the crown

·      You might notice symptoms for a while, but on a reducing basis

·      If needed, consider 1-2 Panadol as required

·      Please contact me if anything worries you
